Since Fry is all pieced he can now be folded and put in my quilting pile. I’m also on top of all four bees- for now- so it’s time for something new on the wall!
I’ve done about a quarter of the piecing for the Heaven and Helsinki quilt I’m writing the pattern for. It’s too wide to put on the wall properly but it is being cut and stitched a great deal quicker than my last quilt!
It’s nice having these bright, happy fabrics up on the wall to look at. I must admit I’m mostly enjoying making this one as I get to see just how much fabric I have left over for juicy scraps by the end of it.

Hi Kerry! That looks so beautiful! I don’t have any idea yet what I shall make with my h&h fabrics, but I guess a quilt to see them as much as possible. I ordered also those houses in orange and the zig zag in brown! x Teje
Lovely and bright, just the burst of sunshine i need on a dull day like today, and it must be lovely to do a quikcer pieicng project after all of the slow going on Mr Fry, well done!
Which reminds me I must do something with my Helsinki FQs. Love what you are offering me as inspiration.
Very pretty – I love those colour combinations!
