I’ve started a small patterns shop on Craftsy (link is now in my top bar of the blog) which I’m going to add my free blocks to too, but I thought it would be worth giving a nod to some other pattern seller on there so you can see what fantastic patchwork patterns are on there, it’s definitely worth a look!
I actually bought this one and it’s what I’m using to make the main feature of my mini quilt for the Brit Swap…
Good Luck Star by Banner Creek Designs – $5
But I have my eye on these too!

Cross Star Paper Pieced Block by Bubblestitch – $2.90

Star and Crescent Quilt Pattern by Shell Bees Treasures – $4

Best wishes – hope your patterns sell very well!
Wow, these are lovely. I’ve only really ever done very basic patterns, what to you get if you buy a pattern from Etsy? Is it the shapes already to size and ready for you to photocopy etc?
Hi Lakota, It’s the same on Craftsy or Etsy and it depends on the seller. When I make patterns I provide templates if they are needed and cutting instructions as well as piecing instructions. For the Good Luck Star one I bought it was VERY comprehensive, I got a colouring guide to plan out the star, the 24 paper piecing components, templates for even cutting the fabric for the paper piecing parts… it was about 12 pages long!
Love the vintage Flowers in bottles quilted piece!
